Ever dreamed of visiting the Empire State Building, Arc De Triomphe, Big Ben and other world-famous landmarks?

Thanks to Ryan ‘The Brickman” McNaught, Melburnians can explore a world of epic LEGO® masterpieces and learn about some of mankind’s most amazing achievements from all over the globe, in a fully interactive, educational experience.

The global exhibition – and the largest LEGO® exhibition to ever come to Melbourne – will open at the iconic Melbourne Museum on Saturday 1st April and run until Sunday 7th May.  The exhibition is continuing its Australian tour following two successful stops in Brisbane and Sydney, and will head to Perth after Melbourne.

More than 50 awe-inspiring models will be on display, taking visitors on a hands-on, educational journey through history.  Kids and adults will come face-to-face with LEGO® versions of world famous landmarks including a giant LEGO® Arc de Triomphe, LEGO® Empire State Building with King Kong, LEGO® Big Ben, a LEGO® Leaning Tower of Pisa and even a LEGO® version of Michelangelo’s Statue of David!

Throughout the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to learn along the way and discover more about each attraction – real life and LEGO® life!  As well as being immersed amongst the incredible LEGO® creations, there will also be a number of interactive hands-on activities to take part in.

“I am thrilled to be bringing my brand new exhibition, ‘Wonders of the World’, to Melbourne – my hometown and home to my LEGO® workshop where all the creativity and building happens!  This exhibition is a collection of my most ambitious works, every model is brand new and infinitely more detailed than anything I’ve ever created,” said Ryan McNaught.

This world-class exhibition has been exclusively curated – and proudly made in Melbourne – by Ryan McNaught and his expert Brickman team – Ryan is the only LEGO® Certified Professional in the Southern Hemisphere and one of only 14 in the world.  Incredibly, ‘Wonders of the World’ took a jaw-dropping 4,944 hours to build!

Little kids and big kids (LEGO® code for adults!) will also have the chance to show off their building talents in the master builder zones, lending to a truly interactive and imaginative experience.

The exhibition is super interactive with lots of activities for LEGO® fanatics of all ages, to get involved in.  Brickies will have the chance to build a statue of themselves next to the mighty Statue of David and they can also help me build some LEGO® cars for the traffic jam around the Arc de Triomphe.

“There’s so much to learn about and so many hands-on things to get involved with – hopefully all the budding builders in Melbourne are up for the challenge!” added Ryan.

Brickman Wonders of the World will be in Melbourne from 1st April until 7th May at the Melbourne Museum.
